29 CFR 1926.502(k)(1): The fall protection plan shall be prepared by a qualified person and developed specifically for the site where the leading edge work, precast concrete work, or residential construction work is being performed and the plan must be maintained up to date. On or about August 25, 2016, an employee with Timber Creek Homes was installing fascia and shealthing on a roof without fall protection and was exposed to a fall hazard of 22 feet 9 inches. The Timber Creek Homes Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or it's equivalent Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 978009, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 28, 2014, with the respect to a workplace located at Galieo Drive & Venus Way, Madison, WI 53718.

29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. On or about August 25, 2016, an employee was using a ladder that was not 3 feet above the landing surface nor was it secured at its top to a rigid support. The Timber Creeks Homes Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 978009, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on September 28th, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at Galieo Drive & Venus Way, Madison, WI 53718.
