WRITTEN ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  a)  On or about August 26th 2016- job site of 41-25 243rd Street, Little Neck, NY 11363  employees were accessing a roof with a portable ladder that extended less than a foot above the landing surface.   WRITTEN ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
