29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(vi): A fire extinguisher, rated not less than 10B, was not provided within 50 feet of wherever more than 5 gallons of flammable or combustible liquids or 5 pounds of flammable gas were being used on the jobsite.  a) 2101 - 2104 Jefferson on the Creek, Warminster, PA, Worksite, - On or about August 25, 2016, the employer was storing approximately eight gallons of gasoline to refuel air compressors, but a fire extinguisher of the appropriate rating was not available within 50 feet of this location.

The Home Life Roofing, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 945480 citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on December 30, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 701 Favorwood Drive, Little Springs, GA 30122    The Home Life Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 995980 citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on November 14, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 740 Sidney Marcus Boulevard, Bldg. #2, Atlanta, GA 30324    The Home Life Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard  29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1080755, citation number 1,item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 21, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 4768 Oak Street, Kansas City, MO 64112.
