29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) a) Grounds Maintenance Storage Shop - On or about 8/3/16, frequent and regular inspections were not conducted causing employees were exposed to electrical hazards when the temporary power feed was not installed appropriately when running conductor wire directly into the electric control panel box. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
