29 CFR 1910.1001(k)(1): The employer did not maintain all surfaces as free as practicable of ACM waste and/or debris and accompanying dust: On or about August 25, 2016, employees working in receiving and sorting areas of the Post Office worked on an asbestos-containing flooring material with a wax coating and the dust/debris from the degrading wax surface contained asbestos.

29 CFR 1910.1001(k)(8): The employer cleaned up waste and debris and accompanying dust in an area containing accessible or visibly deteriorated ACM and/or PACM, by dry dusting, dry sweeping or vacuuming without using high-efficiency particulate air filters: On or about August 25, 2016, employees maintained the asbestos-containing flooring material with a wax coating and they dry swept dust/debris from the degrading wax surface that contained asbestos.
