The enclosure has a capacity of storing 12 such containers and it was fully occupied at the time of inspection.

The electrical wires inside were not effectively protected by the housing of the pull box.    b) An unused knock-out opening at the housing of the switch to the area light in front of the employee locker room was not covered.  The electrical wires inside were not effectively protected by the housing of the switch.

Location: 554 Montauk Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11208    On or about: August 24, 2016      a) The  power cable cord connected to the ON/OFF switch of the horizontal band saw was pulled out of the fitting, and not provided with strain relief.  the wires exposing the wires.      b) The power cable cord connecting an interlock switch of a the circular table saw was pulled out of the fitting, and not provided with strain relief.  The wires were exposed.
