29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or a personal fall arrest systems. Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. On or about August 26, 2016: a) on the east side, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of more than 6 feet while engaged in roofing activities without a fall protection system or safety monitor. b) on the southwest corner, two employees were exposed to a fall hazard of more than 6 feet while engaged in roofing activities without a fall protection system or safety monitor. c) on the west side, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of more than 6 feet while engaged in roofing activities without a fall protection system or safety monitor. Ure Roofer Inc. was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1014533, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/6/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 6232 FM 2920, Spring, Texas 77379
