29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1): A safe means of access for scaffold platforms such as portable ladders, or similar surface was not used:   a. 1246 Inman Avenue, Edison N.J. A safe means of access was not provided to employees engaged in stucco activities that were working from a fabricated Frame Scaffold approximately 18 feet above ground level. Employees were observed accessing the scaffold platform by climbing the frame and crossbraces.  Violation observed on or about August 27, 2016
