29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(5)(i): Non-self-supporting ladder(s) were not used at an angle such that the horizontal distance from the top support to the foot of the ladder was approximately one-quarter of the working length of the ladder: a) On August 29, 2016, the horizontal distance (angle) from the top support to the feet of a non-self-supporting aluminum extension ladder used for roof access and egress was greater than one-quarter of the working length of the ladder. No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.
