29 CFR 1910.212(a)(2): Guard(s) on machine(s) were not affixed to the machine or secured elsewhere when attachment to the machine was not possible: Weymouth Store: 1) The tightening knobs of all but one deli slicer were defective and did not prevent the meat pusher platform from popping up thereby leaving the slicer blade exposed. 2) A securing screw for the blade guard of the Hobart slicer closest to the sink was missing.
