29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Construction areas shall be posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazard. a. On or about August 29, 2016, at the above referenced work site, employees were required to work in a traffic zone as part of their assigned duties. Employees were off loading material from a semi-trailer which took up the majority of the east bound side of Flagg Road at approximately the 800 8lock. The employer failed to provide signage in accordance with OSHA standards. Employees were thereby exposed to struck-by hazards.
