29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level: On or about August 26, 2016, at the job site employees were observed working from a scaffold approximately 12 feet high. The scaffold did not have guard rails provided and the employees were not wearing personal fall arrest harness. Employees were exposed to fall hazards.
