29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(ii): Category 1 or 2 flammable liquids, or Category 3 flammable liquids with a flashpoint below 100 °F (37.8 °C), were dispensed into containers without the nozzle and container being electrically interconnected. Location: 197 West Avenue, Stamford, CT 06902 Chemical waste from products such as but not limited to BASF PNT88 MED LACQ THINNER (flashpoint 25°F), BASF 92953 HS HRDNR NORMAL (flashpoint 78 +/-3°F), and BASF LC4100 HS CLEARCOAT (flashpoint 72+/-3°F) were dispensed into waste containers through a plastic funnel without being electrically interconnected to the metal drum.

29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A): Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function: Location: 197 West Avenue, Stamford, CT 06902 Employees who wear tight-fitting respirators were not clean shaven whereby facial hair came in contact between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face.
