29 CFR 1926.405(g)(1)(iii)(A): Flexible cord(s) were being used as a substitute for fixed wiring of a structure. a) Grounds Maintenance Storage Shop - On or about 8/3/16, employees were exposed to electrical hazards when the temporary power feed was not installed appropriately when running conductor wire directly into the electric control panel box. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
