29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a) On or about 08/29/16, at the site of 250-37 Thornhill Ave. Little Neck, NY Employees working below a platform where other employee was installing insulation paper 22-ft. overhead were exposed to struck-by hazards. The employees were not provided protective helmets. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19
