29 CFR 1910.303(b)(8)(iii): Electric equipment provided with ventilating openings was installed so that walls or other obstructions prevent the free circulation of air through the equipment: a. Compressor Room- Employees are not protected from a fire hazard where two Square D 480 volt step down transformers with ventilation openings had combustible materials stored behind, in front, and on top of the equipment preventing the full amount of air flow to go through the equipment for cooling purposes and additionally providing a fuel source for a fire.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: a. Stock Room- Employees were not protected from electric shock, fire, and trip hazards where the electric disconnect for the forklift battery charger, the forklift battery charger, and the electric disconnects for the compressors were blocked by stored merchandise and materials. b. Stock Room and Compressor Room- Electrical panel boards had stored merchandise and materials within their required working space.
