29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    (a)  D&B Construction, Inc. at 830 Wyandot Street, Denver, CO 80204:  On and before August 30, 3016, the exposing employer failed to ensure that employees replacing panels on the green house roof were protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of up to approximately 20 feet.
