OSH ACT of 1970 SECTION (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to hazards from boom or structural support systems, 10 years and older, from corrosion, cracking, deformation or damage from truck mounted concrete pump systems where inspections have not been performed by a qualified person every 500 working hours or at least once per year: a) On or about 8/25/2016 - Corner of Richard Arrington Boulevard and 7th Avenue South, Birmingham, AL, a Schwing America Inc. Truck-Mounted Concrete Pump Truck, Model #2525H-6/S61SX, with 4-Section Placing Boom, Pump and Boom, Serial #107148, had not been inspected by a qualified person since 4/13/2013.
