29 CFR 1910.333(b)(2)(i): The employer did not maintain a written copy of the procedures outlined in paragraph (b)(2) of 29 CFR 1910.333 and did not make it available for inspection by the Assistant Secretary of Labor and his or her authorized representatives: On August 29, 2016 G.E. Oil and Gas ESP Inc. employees working at the Landreth Deep Unit South Water Injection Station, owned and operated by Occidental Petroleum in Goldsmith, TX., were exposed to electrical shock hazards while servicing an electrical panel (Benshaw) in that employees were not provided a specific written copy of lock-out/tag-out procedures.
