29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which described how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200 paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training would be met. Employees engaged in housekeeping activities were exposed to chemical hazards in that the employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program.
