(a) Employees conducting siding and trim installation were not protected from falling to the lower level. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 30 feet. The Morales Siding Carpentry LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 959878, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on April 8, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 1821 Meadow Lane, Waukesha, WI.
