On 8/29/2016, workers from Marschel Wrecking L.L.C. were cutting off the rafter ends of the roof on a commercial building located at 6251 Mid Rivers Mall Drive in Cottleville, MO.   An employee was observed climbing and standing on the on the guardrails of the basket on a Genie Lift, Model Z-45/25J, while working on the building.  The employee was not standing firmly on the floor of the basket while working from the aerial lift.
