OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which are free from recognized hazards that are causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck by hazards: (a) Warehouse: On or about March 01, 2016 and at times prior, employees were exposed to a struck by hazards while working in and around damaged storage racks. (b) Warehouse: On or about March 01, 2016 and at times prior, and at times prior, employees were exposed to a struck by hazards while working in and around storage racks that were not securely fastened to the floor. (c) Warehouse: On or about March 01, 2016 and at times prior, employees were exposed to a struck by hazards while working in and around storage racks that did not display a plaque designating load sizes. (d) Warehouse: On or about March 01, 2016 and at times prior, and at times prior, employees were exposed to a struck by hazards while working in and around storage racks that were not properly guarded against minor impacts.
