29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about July 21, 2016, employees engaged in decking activities on a residential home greater than 6 feet above lower levels were not protected by guardrail system, safety net system or personal fall arrest system. Employees were exposed to the hazard of falls. MPS Construction Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1137464, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 25, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 2501 Pendleton Drive, Building #18, Norman, Oklahoma 73072. MPS Construction Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 975239 (Perales Construction Company), citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on September 15, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 19501 N. Pennsylvania Ave., Edmond, Oklahoma 73012.
