29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms were not kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition:  a) Exit Booth, where portions of the vinyl floor tiles had been removed exposing employees to:  1. Tripping hazards due to uneven edges on the remaining tiles.   2. Slipping hazards due to exposed metal flooring.   The U.S. Customs & Border Protection was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1131319, citation no. 2, item no. 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 3, 2016 with respect to a workplace at Seattle, WA.  The U.S. Customs & Border Protection was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1130693, citation no. 2, item no. 1, and was affirmed as a final order on April 29, 2016 with respect to a workplace at Tacoma, WA. Booth 10, where the Tripp-Lite relocatable power tap was used to supply power to appliances including the Lasko portable floor heater. Booth 1, window latch did not remain secured due to damage to the frame.  2. Booth 3, equipped with an inoperable door latch.   3. Booth 8, equipped with an inoperable door latch.  4. Booth 9, window latch did not remain secured where repair to frame had been made.  5. Exit Booth, equipped with a damaged door frame.
