29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were the employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):    a)  On August 31, 2016, employees were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 14 feet while replacing roofing material to an existing single family home.
