29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure.   a. Bruce Construction jobsite located at 8758 Payton Drive, Waterville, Ohio:  On or about September 1, 2016, the employer did not ensure employees performing sheathing operations on a 6:12 pitch roof were protected from fall hazards of up to 19.5 feet from the leading edge to the interior of the structure.
