29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1): The employer did not verify fall protection training by preparing a written certification record. (a) 1003 East King Street, Lancaster Pennsylvania - A employee worked on a flat roof approximately 25 feet above the ground replacing a roof. The employer did not provide a written certification that the employee received fall protection training. A employee fell 25 feet to the ground, on or about 8/31/2016. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
