29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (a) Good Will Health at 2003 W 8th Street, Loveland CO 80534: On or before September 1st 2016, the employer had not developed a written hazard communication program which at least described how the criteria specified for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and how employee training will be met. Employees are exposed to corrosive chemical hazards while working with Steris Vesphne IIse, which has a pH of 12.3 according to manufacturer's safety data sheet. This condition potentially exposed employees to eye injury and skin irritation.
