29 CFR 1910.95(d)(1): When information indicated that any employee's exposure equaled or exceed the 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels, the employer did not develop and implement a monitoring program. On or about September 6, 2016: Employees working in the recycling facility in locations such as but not limited to pre-sort and mid-sort areas, driving the forklift and supervising the floor areas are exposed to noise at or above the action level of 85 decibels, time weighted average(TWA). The employer had not conducted noise monitoring.
