Front Entrance.      a)        A competent person did not conduct inspection of the employees attempting to demo a door opening and the entire wall section collapsing. . On or about 09/01/2016.      Among other methods, feasible means to abate the hazard include:      Comply with ANSI/ASSE A10.6-2006 standard Safety and Health Program Requirements for Demolition Operations par 5.1 which states:      During demolition, inspections by a competent person shall be made as work progresses to detect hazards resulting from weakened or deteriorated floors, walls or loosened material.
