29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5): Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit was not marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or be identified by a sign indicating its actual use (e.g. closet): The brown exterior doorway, located at the rear of the building, was sealed shut and not marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation. Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.37(b)(5), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1175394, citation number 1 , item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 11, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1428 West Grey in Houston, Texas.
