(b) Employees were exposed to electrical hazards as the Mag77LT skillsaw had a broken strain relief from the electrical cord to the plug-in. Abatement certification is required for this item; use the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET for this purpose. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19
