29 CFR 1904.39(a)(3): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours: a. On or about August 30, 2016, at Cal-Maine Foods, Inc. in Lake City, FL, the employer did not report to OSHA within 24 hours a work accident in which an employee sustained a fingertip amputation. The incident occurred on August 4, 2016.
