29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Paint and Process Department, Washer Area- On or about September 7, 2016, the employer did not provide suitable facilities for the quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body for immediate emergency use where employees may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, such as Americo Phos Clean 2000ACM, containing phosphoric acid, polyethylene glycol phenyl ether phosphate, and 3-nitrobenzenesulfonic acid sodium salt.
