29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in 29 CFR 1910: Compressed gasses in cylinders were not stored in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, in the following instances: a) Facility - Cylinders containing acetylene and propane were stored on a pallet within 20 feet of cylinders containing oxygen (3.5.3). b) Facility - Cylinders are stored in areas where heavy moving objects such as forklifts may strike them and knock them over(3.3.8). Airgas USA, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.101(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 898553, Citation 1, Item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 30, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 2150 Roswell Drive, Pittsburgh, PA.
