Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system:  On or about September 8, 2016, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were exposed to approximately a 30-foot fall hazard while engaged in roofing work.   The J.A Tailor roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1102924 citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/04/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 880 SW Martin Downs Blvd, Palm City, FL.
