29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(15): Ladder(s) were not inspected by a competent person for visible defects on a periodic basis and after an occurrence that could have affected their safe use: a) Worksite - on September 7, 2016, and at times prior, the employee did not inspect ladders before use for structural damage, one 6 ft., and one 8 ft. folding ladder were observed being used that had structural damage.
