29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(ii)(b)(2): More than 120 gallons of Category 2, 3, or 4 flammable or combustible liquids in containers were located outside of inside storage room(s) or storage cabinet(s):    (a). Paint Department - The employer did not have a flammable storage cabinet for paints and other flammable liquids that exceeded 120 gallons of category 2 and 3 flammable liquids such as but not limited to universal fast dry primer beige, and Georgetown red Ad enamel, on or about September 8, 2016.      Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
