29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toe boards: a) On or about August 19, 2016 - at the above addressed jobsite - employees performing maintenance repairs/HVAC work on a roof were not protected from falls, thereby exposing to fall hazards of approximately fifteen (15) feet.
