29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms was not kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition. a. On or about 7 Sept 2016, at the main working areas, employees were exposed to electrical and slip hazards as evidenced by water intrusion in places with missing ceiling tiles and other places with damaged ceiling tiles. Runoff water produced from leaking roof stays on the floor and around electrical fixtures and connections creating those hazards. NOTE: Certification of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
