29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(1)(i)(A): Warning labels shall be affixed to containers of regulated waste, refrigerators and freezers containing blood or other potentially infectious material; and other containers used to store, transport or ship blood or other potentially infectious materials, except as provided in paragraph (g)(1)(i)(E), (F) and (G).     Legacy House: Employees were exposed to HIV, MERS and other infectious agents while providing daily residential care for patients having HIV/HBV, MERS and other infectious agents.     a) Employees were allowed to disposed of contaminated articles in regular trash receptacles.     b) A clear container utilized to dispose of sharps was not identified with a biohazard symbol or labeled as "biohazard"     c) A container containing sharps was identified as Folgers.

The employees were exposed to a contact hazard while performing assigned duties involving the cleaning and disinfecting of contaminated surfaces.
