29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a- Building Exterior: An employee was observed working beneath a second worker and exposed to an overhead impact hazard as head protection was not utilized. Condition noted on or about 07/02/2016 Pascale Electric Inc was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.100 (a): which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 956759, Citation # 1, Item # 1, issued on 02/21/2014 with respect to a work place located at 400 International Drive, Mount Olive, NJ 07828 which became a final order on 04/11/2014.
