29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a) Work site was located at 3503 U.S. Route 46, Parsippany, NJ 07054.  An employee was exposed to fall hazards as he was working on a leaning a-frame ladder from a scissor lift within the entrance elevation with no fall protection equipment to prevent an approximately 20 foot fall to the concrete below.  Violation was observed on or about 8/9/2016.
