29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a- Front of Building Facing Essex Avenue, 301 Essex Avenue, Lakewood NJ: A company employee was exposed to fall hazards when working from an elevated man lift basket of an articulated boom lift. This employee was not wearing a full body harness, with lanyard attached, at the time of the exposure. Condition noted on or about 09/08/16.
