29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):    (a)  On or about September 8, 2016, Colorado Superior Roofing and Construction Inc., as the controlling employer, did not ensure that employees of Lara's Roofing Inc., subcontractor, were safe from work site hazards at 4826 Hawk Meadows Drive in Colorado Springs, Colorado, in that a safety inspection program of regular inspections conducted by a competent person of the site, materials, and equipment, was not developed and implemented.  Workers on site were working without fall protection on the roof of a house at 11 to 20 feet above the ground.     Abatement Note:  Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
