Jamaica, NY Employees working on the ground were in danger of head injury from falling objects such as, but not limited to tools and material from the employees who working 14-feet overhead on a tubular welded frame scaffold. The employees were not provided with protective helmets. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19
