Montgomery, Alabama: On or about September 12, 2016 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities from a high slope roof on the first level without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 9 feet 11 inches to the ground below. b) At Lot 8 Laurel Brook Ln. Montgomery, Alabama: On or about September 12, 2016 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities from a high slope roof on the second level without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 20 feet 5 inches to the ground below.
