The extinguishers were not mounted, on or about 9/12/2016.    b) Building 18, Shop, Next to Eyewash Station: One 10 pound portable fire extinguisher was blocked by miscellaneous stored items, on or about 9/12/2016.    c) Building 18, Shop, Next to Snap-On Tool Box: One 10 pound portable fire extinguisher was blocked by small miscellaneous metal parts, on or about 9/12/2016.    d) Building 18, Near Air Compressor: One  10 pound portable fire extinguisher was blocked by metal containers which were used to store metal chains and hooks, on or about 9/12/2016.
