29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a) Canyon Visitors Center Regional Interpretive office: On or about August 2, 2016 and at times prior, employees were exposed to shock and fire hazards by use of a flexible extension cord as permanent wiring to energize a computer station. b) Canyon Visitors Center sever room: On or about August 2, 2016 and at times prior, employees were exposed to shock and fire hazards by use of a flexible extension cord as permanent wiring to energize computer terminal servers. c) Lake Fisheries area: On or about August 2, 2016 and at times prior, employees were exposed to shock and fire hazards by temporary wiring used as permanent wiring to energize the garage door opener on bay #3.
